that come with today.
i tried to
hide
underneath the covers
of my dangerous escapes
in order to stop
the sting that appears
in my heart.

i tried to be happy,
but it didn't work.

there's a spot in my heart
where you used to be.
it was empty for less than a moment
before being filled
with your ever-glowing spirit.
